The president of the Turnberry on the Green condominiums in Aventura, 62-year-old Gregori Arzumanov, has been charged with stealing more than $1.5 million in cash and property from the condominium association.
Arzumanov faces multiple charges, including racketeering, organized fraud, money laundering, grand theft, and the fraudulent use of a credit card.
