Una, a 47-story luxury condo tower from Russian developer Vladislav Doronin, will be built on the current site of a small building at 175 SE 25th Rd. in Brickell. The developers paid premium prices to buy out the residents of the existing building, which was built in 1971 and was in need of costly renovations.
