Police identify man who was shot by cops after fleeing and crashing into a house

FDLE identifies Neico G. Crooks as the man who died after being shot by Miami Gardens police officers early Friday. Crooks was in a stolen Lexus SUV. He fled cops, was shot at, and crashed into a house.
