These Little Haiti businesses have a new landlord: a developer who wants them out

A group of long-standing businesses in Little Haiti on NE 82nd Street and Second Avenue in Miami are being evicted by developer Thomas Conway, who bought the properties in March. The business owners say they are the victims of gentrification. They paid their rent on time, but the new landlord refused to accept it.
