The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office arrested 56-year-old David Casals and charged him with three felonies: trafficking cocaine, delivery of cocaine, and introduction of contraband into a county facility. Authorities say Casals was trying to smuggle documents, saturated in cocaine, disguised as legal documents into the Palm Beach County Jail.
