Doctor busted after doing medical marijuana exams via closed circuit TV, cops say

Dr. Tommy Louisville was arrested at High Life Medical Center in Pembroke Pines, FL, Thursday. Pembroke Pines cops say Louisville was approving patients for medical marijuana without examining them.
