Some parents voiced their concerns Wednesday about transportation issues that arose on the first day of school in Broward County, including one parent who said he was told the day before school that a bus wouldn’t be able to pick up his 10-year-old son and another who said her child was waiting for about 50 minutes for the bus to pick him up from school.
