A double-rollover accident that happened around 6 a.m. Thursday morning is completely shutting down the Florida Turnpike in Palm Beach Gardens after PGA Blvd. Apparently a truck wrecked heading southbound an a piece of construction equipment, possibly a bulldozer, when airborne and landed in the northbound lanes scattering debris everywhere. Currently Traumahawk, PBCFR medivac helicopter, is on the scene shutting down the lanes southbound.
