Broward County declared a state of emergency Tuesday, after 69-year-old woman has been confirmed with the new coronavirus, the fourth case in Broward County. Three people who contracted the disease in Broward are connected to a company that operates at Port Everglades, Florida officials said early Tuesday morning.
