Tyrese Cooper, 18, a track star at Miami Norland High School, was arrested and charged with attempted theft of a vehicle. Miami-Dade police say he was with a group spotted at the Miami Intermodal Center. Cooper was to compete at state championships in Jacksonville on Friday.
